Who May Submit a Request
Any rights-holder, their authorised representative, or a verified owner of a site featured in the Inspiration Gallery may submit a removal request under this Procedure. Requests submitted on behalf of a third party without authorisation will not be actioned.
How to Submit
Send an email to hello@ai2.design with the subject line "Takedown — [site or content name]". Submissions through social channels, forms or third-party platforms will not be processed.
Required Information
- Your full name and (if representing an organisation) your role and employer.
- Your relationship to the content (owner, rights-holder, authorised representative).
- A URL or clear identifier of the AI2 Design page containing the content you want removed.
- A description of the content at issue (screenshot, curator note, token export, specific line of commentary).
- The legal or editorial basis on which you are requesting removal (for example, alleged copyright infringement, trademark misuse, factual inaccuracy, confidentiality, privacy, or an editorial preference).
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights-holder.
- An electronic signature or typed name.
Our Review Process
We acknowledge each request within one (1) business day and complete our review within three (3) business days in the ordinary course. During review we may ask follow-up questions, request additional evidence, or consult our own records. Upon completion, we will either remove, modify or retain the content and inform you of the outcome.
No Admission
Our acknowledgement, review, removal, modification or any other action in response to a request does not constitute an admission of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, wrongful conduct or any other form of liability by BEY AGENCY LTD, AI2 Design, its directors, employees, contractors or affiliates.
Fraudulent or Abusive Requests
Submitting a false, misleading, bad-faith or materially incomplete takedown request may expose you to liability under applicable law. We reserve the right to decline requests that appear fraudulent, vexatious, repetitive or that are made by parties without standing.
Counter-Notices and Appeals
If your content was removed at the request of a third party and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice by email to hello@ai2.design with the subject "Counter-notice — [content]". The counter-notice should include your contact details, a description of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Repeat Infringers
Where a User engages in repeat behaviour that is the subject of good-faith takedown requests, we may suspend or terminate that User's access to the Service.
Governing Law
This document, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
