Refund Policy

All fees and amounts paid to BEY AGENCY LTD for the Service — including but not limited to sponsorship fees, license fees, and subscription fees — are final and non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable mandatory law. No partial, pro-rated or full refund is offered for unused time, cancelled sponsorships, editorial disagreements, feature changes, service downtime or dissatisfaction.

This policy applies to every paid offering of the Service, including but not limited to: all sponsorship tiers (Community, Featured, Lead Sponsor and any successor tier); Launchpad licences; Atomic Design System licences; any AI-generated brief or curator output purchased as an add-on; any professional-services engagement invoiced by BEY AGENCY LTD.

Certain jurisdictions grant consumers short cancellation windows (for example, the 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer distance-selling regulations). Where a statutory right of cancellation or refund applies and has not been lawfully waived, we will honour it. However, digital content that has been delivered — such as the activation of a sponsor placement, the download of Licensed Materials, or the delivery of an AI-generated output — is typically excluded from these cooling-off rights because performance has commenced at your express request, and you expressly acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once performance has started.

No refund is issued because you disagree with our editorial decisions, because a feature has been changed or removed, because a sponsor tier's placement has been modified at our reasonable discretion, because the Service has experienced downtime or temporary unavailability, or because the operational scope of the Service has evolved.

Initiating a chargeback or reversal with your card issuer or bank without first exhausting the dispute-resolution procedure in the Terms of Service is considered a breach. We may retain the disputed amount to the extent permitted by law, suspend or terminate your access, recover administrative costs, and report the conduct to the relevant financial institution.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under a statutory exception, email hello@ai2.design with the subject "Refund request" and include your order reference, the amount paid, the date of purchase, and the statutory basis for your request. We will respond within ten (10) business days.

This document, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
