The ai2 website (ai2.design) and the ai2 design system are operated by BEY AGENCY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. The details required for statutory disclosure by a UK limited company are set out in the table below.

BEY AGENCY LTD is responsible for the editorial content published on ai2. We take reasonable care to keep that content accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free.

Third-party trademarks, screenshots and design references featured in the Inspiration Gallery remain the property of their respective owners. They are used for editorial, commentary and educational purposes in accordance with the Fair Use and Gallery Policy at /legal/fair-use, and no ownership of, or affiliation with, those third parties is claimed.

For personal data processed through the ai2 website, the data controller is BEY AGENCY LTD, whose details are set out in section 1. How we collect, use and protect personal data, and the rights you have over it, are described in the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

The supervisory authority for data protection in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO, although we would ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Any dispute arising in connection with the ai2 website or the ai2 design system is handled under the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms of Service at /legal/terms.

The ai2 website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility for it.

At the time a link is added we check, as far as is reasonable, that the linked content does not appear unlawful. We are not, however, obliged to monitor linked websites on an ongoing basis, and a link does not imply that we endorse the linked site or its operator. If you become aware of unlawful content on a website we link to, please let us know and we will review the link.

We may update this legal notice from time to time, for example if our company details change or to reflect changes in the law. The current version and its last-updated date are shown at the top of this page.
