Do
- Use the suggested subject line — saves a routing round-trip.
- Share one URL, one screenshot or one reproducer when relevant.
- State the outcome you want — a quote, a spec, a decision.
- Tell us if email is too slow — a real-time written channel may launch after v1, and we keep a list of who asked first.
Don't
- Phone calls or live meetings · we're written-only, always.
- DMs on personal social accounts · they get missed.
- Ticket-system forms · we don't run one.
- Bcc to multiple addresses · reply-all gets messy fast.
QUESTIONS
Four things people ask before writing.
No — we're written-only, by design. During early access, email is the only channel. A real-time written room (Slack, Discord or similar) may open after v1; for now every request lands in the same inbox so nothing slips between channels.
