Fair Use and Gallery Policy

The Inspiration Gallery is a hand-curated editorial catalogue produced by BEY AGENCY LTD through AI2 Design. Its purpose is to document, review, discuss, analyse and provide commentary on publicly accessible product design — including typography, colour, spacing, component structure and interaction language — for the benefit of designers, engineers and AI-assisted teams.

Our publication of screenshots, curator notes, token metadata and related commentary relies, where applicable, on: (a) the fair use doctrine under 17 U.S.C. § 107 (United States); (b) the fair dealing exceptions under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, sections 30–30A (United Kingdom), including criticism and review, quotation, and reporting; (c) the limitations and exceptions for quotation, criticism and review set forth in Article 5 of EU Directive 2001/29/EC and its national implementations; and (d) analogous exceptions or limitations available in other jurisdictions.

The purpose of each published item is transformative — consisting of editorial curation, commentary, structured token metadata not present on the source site, and contextual writing intended for learning purposes. Screenshots displayed in the Gallery are not substitutes for the original product, nor do they harm the commercial market for the original.

• Only publicly accessible pages. We do not publish content that is behind authentication, paywalls, or other access barriers where we did not have lawful access.
• Full-page or contextual screenshots, clearly attributed and linked back to the source.
• Token metadata (colour, typography, spacing, component structure) derived through our own analysis pipeline.
• Curator notes, peer commentary and pattern-transfer discussion written by our editorial team.

Inclusion in the Inspiration Gallery does not imply any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation or commercial relationship with the featured site or its owner. All third-party brands, trademarks, wordmarks, product names and design elements remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, commentary and educational illustration.

If you are the owner of a site featured in the Inspiration Gallery and you would like it removed, please follow the Takedown Procedure at /legal/takedown. We will review every request from a verified rights-holder within three (3) business days and, where appropriate, honour the request without any admission of infringement or wrongful conduct on our part.

Editorial decisions are made solely by the AI2 Design editorial team. Sponsorship does not purchase, influence or override these decisions. We welcome corrections and factual updates from featured site owners.

Commentary, token metadata and curator notes are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that any analysis is technically or legally accurate, that token exports are complete, or that any visual pattern documented in the Gallery is suitable for reuse in your own context.
